Scheduled Online French Lesson Purchase Conditions:When you purchase a Scheduled French Lesson you need to book a specific time slot. The usual practice in our trade is as follows: you send a payment to the Myfrenchtutor account of 30% of the total amount of your fees. Depending on the number of lessons and the estimated duration of your courses, you will be requested to pay the balance on the first week you start your training. You are free to pay the total amount of your course fee with just one payment.
Cancellation:
Once you have purchased your scheduled French Lessons with Myfrenchtutor, your money will not be refunded to you if you change your mind and decide not to take your lessons anymore. Myfrenchtutor requires 24 hour notice for cancellation. Cancellation must be made by email. if you cancel a class one day (24 hours) before it starts, you will not be charged for the class and you will have the option to reschedule. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the class, you will ultimately be charged.
